How do I place my order?

All packages must be purchased online. Sales for Brandi Carlile at Red Rocks begin on Tuesday, March 17, at 10am MT. 

Echoes Through the Canyon packages are already on sale!

After you click “Buy Now” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner(s) to make and finalize your order.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes! There is an 8 ticket limit for VIP and 2 ticket limit for travel packages.

How can I request accessibility accommodations?

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

Accessible seating accommodations will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

How will I receive my concert tickets?

All tickets will be digital. In the weeks leading up to the event, you will receive instructions from the ticketing partner to claim and access your tickets.

You must use the same email address used to purchase your package!

How will I receive my package merchandise?

All package merchandise will be distributed at 100x check-in upon arrival. Items must be picked up on-site as we cannot ship merchandise!

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

When will I receive information about 100x check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased package?

All 100x packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.

Our VIP Packages

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket?

Guests will have the opportunity to select either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket depending on the package. Be sure to confirm you are purchasing your preferred ticket type.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets that allow entry to the event with no seats assigned to them. With a general admission ticket, you may be given a specific area to sit or stand in, but you won’t have a specific seat reserved for you. VIP tickets include early entry to the venue (where available) which allows GA guests to have first access to the venue.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

Is parking included?

VIP packages do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking.

The Gorge Travel Packages

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website for packages shows both the price per person for a package and the full ‘per package’ price for all guests, not including taxes and fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a package before February 27, 2026, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan // the price you’ll pay at checkout is only 60% of the package cost. See more details about the payment plan option below.

Is there a payment plan for travel packages?

Yes, there is an optional payment plan for Travel Packages! If you opt into the payment plan at checkout, an initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on February 27, 2026. If you purchase after February 27, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. If you select ‘pay in full’ at checkout, no additional payments will be charged after your purchase!

Please note: the payment plan can only be chosen at the time of purchase. If you pay in full when your package is purchased, the payment plan cannot be opted into after the fact.

Can I complete the final payment early?

If you purchase prior to February 27, 2026, and are on the payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to the February 27 due date, you can reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you.

Can I update my payment method while on the payment plan?

Please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday ([email protected]), for assistance with updating your credit card info for the final payment.

What happens if I miss the second payment?

You will receive an email from Ticketstoday 3 days prior to a payment date. If you receive an email from 100x stating you missed a payment, please follow the instructions in the email by visiting the link provided to complete your payment. We will honor a 7 day grace period whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation at any time.

Do travel packages include tickets for both nights of Brandi Carlile?

Yes! All travel packages include tickets to both nights of the event.

Will my seats be the same for both nights?

Yes! You will have the same ticket type and seat locations for reserved tickets for both nights included within your travel package.

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the travel package?

More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels for The Gorge Travel Packages?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy, listed below. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your room is ready.

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your hotel travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can reach out to us HERE with the below information to request to connect the reservations.

We will do our best to link the reservation, but we cannot guarantee you will be in the same room for the duration of your stay.

All requests must be submitted to 100x by Friday, May 1st, 2026 if you purchased a package for The Gorge.

Can I gift my travel package?

If you’d like to gift your travel package, please submit your request to 100x via email by Friday, May 1st, 2026 if you purchased a package for The Gorge. The request must come from the email address used to purchase the package.

To update the will call name, reach out to us HERE and include:

  • Purchaser name and email
  • Order number and package type
  • New ticket holder’s full name, email, and phone number

Once confirmed, the recipient will be able to check in to the hotel, pick up merchandise, and access event tickets.

Important:

  • The original purchaser may be responsible for transferring digital event tickets to the recipient. If the request is submitted early enough, this may not be necessary.
  • Packages must be paid in full before being transferred.
  • Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, transportation, merchandise and event tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.

Red Rocks Travel Packages

Can I complete the final payment early?

Yup! Once you are logged into your Tixr account, you can pay off your plan from your Orders page or your Wallet. Click HERE for more information.

The remaining balance will be charged immediately to the payment method you have on file. You’ll receive a confirmation email showing your balance is $0.00 and the plan is complete.

Can I update my payment method while on the payment plan?

If the credit card on file needs to be updated for future installments, please follow THESE directions to make the change.

What happens if I miss the second payment?

If you receive an email stating you missed a payment, follow the instructions inside, or head to this link to update your payment method.

Tixr will automatically attempt to process past due payments when a new payment method is added. If your new card does not process successfully, we recommend contacting your financial institution to ensure the payment is not blocked. Please also notify our Guest Services team if you are attempting to complete a past due payment.  

Please note: We will honor the 10 day grace period (noted on the Tixr link above) whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation earlier.

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the travel package?

Hotel Information

What parking is available at the available hotels?

100x travel packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual hotel website.

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?

Don’t worry – your reservation is confirmed with us! Hotels usually won’t have guest details until we provide our final rooming lists, which happens about 2-3 weeks before check-in. We recommend waiting until 1-2 weeks before check-in to contact the hotel with special requests.

I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?

All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x HERE. All requests must be submitted to 100x by  Friday, May 1st, 2026 if you purchased a package for The Gorge, or Friday, August 21st, 2026 if you purchased a package for Red Rocks.
